Mastervolt becomes part of Advanced Systems Group (ASG)

Mastervolt – a global leader in electrical systems and components for the marine and mobile market – is delighted to announce today that it has become part of Advanced Systems Group (ASG)  

The Advanced Systems Group (ASG) is a division of Brunswick Corporation and aims to lead the marine and mobile industries in system design and integration, parts and accessories and provide end-to-end vessel and vehicle electrical integration services for customers.

The formation of Advanced Systems Group (ASG) will bring together the brands of the Power Products Group, of which Mastervolt has been part of for the last six years, along with Attwood, Garelick, MotorGuide and Whale, to operate as a single commercial organisation. Operating in EMEA as Advanced Systems Groups (ASG) EMEA, the brands will come together to offer customers considerable innovative benefits, excellent service and support.

As a consequence of this integration, Mastervolt BV’s legal company name will change to Advanced Systems Group (ASG) EMEA BV.
