Zanotti chooses Mastervolt equipment as the power supply for their electrically cooled vehicles

Great news from our distributors in Italy and Spain!

Both teams are partnering with Zanotti and Daikin, who supply complete refrigeration kits for vehicles to help with the transport of pharmaceutical or perishable goods.

After two years of trials and tests, Mastervolt Italy can proudly state that Zanotti has added Mastervolt equipment as a standard feature to their kits for e-vehicles. The power supply packages are designed to provide a high level of reliability and customization for the specific vehicle and application needs. The power supply can be configured as one or two Lithium Ion batteries, each providing 1,25 to 5,5 kW, up to 11 kW in total; combined with a Mastervolt's robust inverter / battery charger. 

The same goes for Azimut Spain, who has designed the energy solution for the cooling equipment of the Mercedes Benz eVito, a 100 % electrically cooled vehicle, allowing chilled food to be transported without restrictions to downtown cities and low emission areas.

This solution - developed in-hand with engineers of Zanotti Spain - is also based on Mastervolt Lithium Ion technology, and provides 100 % electrical energy to the Zanotti refrigeration equipment, with an autonomy of up to 7 hours and a cooling capacity of 1605 fg / hr. The intelligent energy management, compact and smaller size were Zanotti's key considerations for choosing the AZIMUT solution.
